Which charge should I keep ready?
For everyday outage backup, the app suggests a 90-percent reserve and lets you choose another target. If maximum energy is the priority, your needs may differ. For a station left idle for weeks or months, follow its exact model's storage guidance. App suggestions are general guidance, not a guarantee of battery life, warranty coverage or runtime.
Do I have to run a full cycle?
No. A guided cycle is optional and should follow the model's instructions. Keep energy available when you expect power cuts, and wait for reliable power before a procedure that uses the reserve. Cycle reminders and charge check-ins can be adjusted independently.
Can CellKeeper change charging speed or limits?
No. CellKeeper guides and reminds you. Change supported charging-power and charge-limit settings in the maker's app or on the station. Watts affect charging speed; a percentage limit determines when charging stops.
My stations have not appeared on another device
Use the same Apple Account and check that iCloud is available for CellKeeper in system settings. Open CellKeeper on both devices and allow time for transfers. Settings shows observed account and transfer information, not a guarantee that every change has arrived. You can finish the welcome tour without recreating existing stations. Keep local data until you understand an account or synchronization problem.
I am not receiving reminders
Allow notifications for CellKeeper on that device and check Focus and notification-preview settings. Reminder permission is separate on each device. Check the station's reminder settings and scheduled dates. Local notifications depend on iOS delivery; the app does not predict outages.
Purchases and restoration
One station and single-outage calculations are free. An optional one-time CellKeeper Plus unlock adds more stations, repeating outages with grid recharging, and solar planning. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that owns the purchase. Apple manages payments and refunds; never email support your password or payment-card details.
