These terms describe use of Ringfold, provided by Vadim Katenin. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These product and subscription terms supplement that agreement; they do not replace mandatory consumer rights or Apple's applicable terms.

What Ringfold does

Ringfold lets you create single-number or range rules and, with Pro, exact-number lists, then supplies the resulting blocking list and caller identification labels to iOS. It does not automatically identify every spammer or verify that a number belongs to an unwanted caller. You select the rules and are responsible for reviewing their range. A broad range can include people you want to hear from. Add exact exceptions and use the number checker before applying changes.

You must enable Ringfold in iOS Call Blocking & Identification. Saved changes are sent to iOS automatically while protection is enabled; keep Ringfold open until the update finishes and check the status. If an update fails, use the retry action shown in the app. A saved rule is not necessarily the current iOS blocking list. The status shown in the app reflects iOS acknowledgement of the submitted list, not proof that a particular call was stopped. Blocking and voicemail behavior depend on iOS and your carrier. Ringfold is not an emergency or safety service.

Screenshot recognition runs on your device and can make mistakes. Review the detected numbers and selected country before saving. A shared draft does not block numbers until you save it as a rule or list and iOS confirms the update. iOS controls caller-label display and adds the app name; saved contacts may take priority. Ringfold does not edit or clear your call history or voicemail.

Free use and Pro subscriptions

One ordinary rule for a single number or range, range templates, exceptions, the number checker and local backup tools are available for free. Ringfold Pro enables exact-number lists, including the Number list template and saving multiple screenshot selections as a list, as well as creating and applying multiple rules within the app's technical capacity. An exact-number list requires Pro even if it is your only rule. Imports follow the same plan limits. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. The US base prices are US$0.99 per month and US$5.99 per year. Your local App Store price and billing period are displayed before purchase and govern the transaction; regional prices and taxes may differ.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when an eligible free trial ends.
• The annual plan offers a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Eligibility is determined by Apple, with one introductory offer per subscription group. After the trial, the displayed annual price is charged and the subscription renews yearly unless cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Access may end immediately when a free trial is cancelled. The monthly plan does not include a trial.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period at the applicable renewal price.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or App Store subscriptions. Deleting Ringfold does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancelling renewal normally leaves access available until the paid period ends, unless Apple refunds or revokes it.
• Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. A restore does not recreate local rules; use a backup to move those.
• Request refunds through Apple, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.

When Pro ends

Your saved rules and lists are not deleted. Creating or adding numbers to a list, enabling a list, or applying any enabled list or more than one enabled rule requires active Pro access. You can disable all lists and disable or remove extra ordinary rules to apply at most one ordinary rule for free. Saved lists remain available to view, export or delete; you can remove numbers from a list while it is disabled. Existing ordinary rules can still be edited, removed and exported. A list already delivered to iOS may remain in effect until you apply a replacement or disable Ringfold in iOS Settings; the app cannot guarantee an immediate background change when a subscription expires. Verified legacy permanent Pro purchases, if any, retain their entitlement.

Your data and backups

You own the rules and content you enter. Keep backups before deleting the app or changing devices. Backups include rules, list contents and exceptions, but do not transfer purchases or iOS activation. The developer does not have a server copy of your rules and cannot recover them. Files you export may contain phone numbers; you choose where to store or share them. See the Privacy Policy for local data, analytics and payment processing.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use Ringfold lawfully and within the license granted by Apple's EULA. Do not misuse the app to infringe others' rights or circumvent purchase controls. The app's code, design and branding belong to the developer or their licensors; entering your content does not transfer ownership of it.

Availability, liability and consumer rights

The app depends on Apple systems and may require updates as iOS changes. No promise is made that all unwanted calls will be blocked, that wanted calls cannot be affected, or that the app will be error-free. Warranty, liability and dispute provisions are governed by Apple's EULA and applicable law. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer protections, statutory warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
