ASOcelot support
For Mac · macOS 15 or later · Coming soon
For app help, TestFlight feedback, bug reports or privacy questions, email [email protected].
Include your ASOcelot version and build, macOS version, Mac model, the action you tried and what happened. For an App Store data issue, include the app or keyword, storefront and approximate time if you can share them. Screenshots can help; redact API credentials and confidential information first.
Is ASOcelot available yet?
ASOcelot is coming soon and is not yet publicly available. If you have received a TestFlight invitation, use the invited build and include its build number when reporting an issue.
What do I need?
ASOcelot requires macOS 15 or later and supports English and Russian. Public App Store lookups require a network connection. Apple Intelligence features have additional hardware, operating-system, language and availability requirements; they are optional.
Do I need a developer account?
No account is required for public App Store research. Apple Ads and App Store Connect connections are optional and need your own valid API access. Save credentials only through the app's connection setup; never email support a private key, token or password.
Why do results differ from the App Store?
App Store information can change and differs by storefront. Check that you are comparing the same app, country or region, keyword and observation time. A saved observation reflects the source response when it was fetched; it is not a guarantee of future ranking or performance.
Translation or keyword generation is unavailable
Apple Translation needs a supported language pair and may need macOS to download language resources. Apple Intelligence depends on support and availability on your Mac. A private-cloud option appears only where available and entitled. If you use your own MCP agent, check that agent's connection and model settings; its provider usage and costs are managed outside ASOcelot.
Where is my data stored?
Workspace data, public app metadata and source observations are stored locally. Data requests go to Apple, and an optional agent receives the selected request you send it. API credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
